The Draft EIS was released on June 30, 2023. The Revised Draft EIS was released on January 26, 2024. If you would like to receive additional information on this project,
please complete the Registration Form.
The comment period extended from June 30, 2023 to August 14, 2023.
The comment period for the Revised Draft EIS extended from January 26, 2024 to March 11, 2024.
